— What we believe —

We believe in the whole and rightly divided counsel of Scripture as the final arbiter of all matters pertaining to a triune God, mankind, sin, the world, the spiritual realm, Christian living, life, death and eternity.  We also believe in the full gospel of Jesus Christ, including the imperative of repentance.  We believe in His deity, the sufficiency and efficacy of His finished work for mankind's salvation and sanctification, plus the active ministry of the Holy Spirit today.  We believe in the complete fulfillment of Bible prophecy, Church's pre-wrath, pre-millennial rapture; the Lord's imminent return; Christ's literal kingdom and 1000-year reign here on earth.  We believe there will be a bema seat judgment of Christ; resurrection of all the dead; a final great white throne judgment; a literal heaven and hell; the future new heaven, earth and New Jerusalem.

We believe scripture places strong emphasis on God’s sovereignty, priesthood of all believers, prayer, obedience, fruitfulness and spiritual growth.  We believe in the high calling of the local church, its order, offices, conduct and eldership's prime responsibility to protect and spiritually nourish God's people.  We also believe that this age is very near its end and that Christians are obliged to get about the work to which the Lord has called each and every one of us.

Generally speaking, we believe the tenets of historic biblical Christianity provide the road-map for both our personal lives and this ministry; though it hasn't always been this way.  Heaped atop the spiritual nastiness of our former lives, after conversion, we were ensnared by movements purporting to be orthodox, but which espoused extra-biblical teaching.  That doctrinal poisoning took years of Bible therapy to cure.  Having “been-there-done-that” and after decades of experience, we are qualified to address many of the enemy's pernicious works.  Especially those in the form of today's movements. We believe these are the end times and that the Church is deep into its prophesied apostasy.  It is in this context we minister the Word of God, which warns: "But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of" (2Pet:2:1,2).  "For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables" (2Tim 4:3,4).

We believe that professing Christians must demonstrate the fruit of repentance and conversion.  With Christ's return at hand, this is no time to erroneously believe that any of us are truly His followers unless Scripture can clearly convict us of that most blessed claim.
