— Copyright Statement of Use —

Hallelujah Living/Roadrunner Publications are ministries to the body of Christ, helping to uplift, inform and strengthen Christians in their walk with God. While all of our articles, poetry and books are copyrighted material, we want it to be available for use on other websites, in newsletters, newspapers, on radio, in articles and books.

The following guidelines should be applied:

1. When quoting from Hallelujah Living/Roadrunner Publications materials, please ascribe your source as follows:

  • Articles — cite article title, author and date (when dated).  If author's name is not provided, cite as: "Editors at Hallelujah Living/Roadrunner Publications."
  • Books — cite the author, publisher, date of publication and page number(s).

2. Under the U.S. Fair Use Act, it is legal to quote small portions of books and articles (up to 300 words) without permission of the author or copyright owner. However, the source must always be ascribed (author, date, etc.).

3. If you are quoting more than the Fair Use Act permits (e.g. entire article) we request a live link be placed to the location on our website where the article appears. This is in addition to proper ascription. If you are using an entire article in printed form, we ask that you give the web address for Hallelujah Living/Roadrunner Publications.

4. If you desire to use a full article from this website that is authored by other than our "Editors," you should contact that writer directly.  In summary: for under 300 words, you do not need permission legally, but are obligated to fully ascribe the source.

5. If you are quoting from one of our books and wish to use more than the legal limit of the U.S. Fair Use Act, you should obtain written permission from hliving.org.

For any questions regarding the use our material, please contact us. We are grateful that you wish to use this resource and hope it will enhance your efforts.

Thank you for supporting our ministry!
