Why are so many, so often, so sick?

 

The answer is so simple, few take it seriously

Many, especially those professionally involved with sickness and disease (not “health”) answer the question by blame shifting.  When illness manifests itself in our body, they would have us believe the cause is something beyond our control.  Bacteria, viruses, germs and bugs are frequent scapegoats — as are our blood relatives.  Family members are blamed with lines such as these: “Well, your mother had breast cancer, so ...”; or, “Your father suffered from heart disease; should we be surprised that you do too?”; or, “Your family has a long history of (insert name of malady: diabetes, arthritis, diverticulitis, high blood pressure, obesity, etc.) — it just runs in your family.”

The dangers of blame-shifting

Firstly, it fosters confusion and further dependence on the drug, patch, cut and burn approach to health — the medieval system claiming the wondrous human body can be poisoned back to health with various chemicals (medicines) or can be restored by burning it with radiation (while trying to convince patient-victims the rays are smart and only kill “bad” cells!) or that this marvelously created body comes with spare parts, the removal of which will restore health.  Secondly, it diverts attention from the incontrovertible fact that the existent “sick-care” system simple does not provide the health benefits people desperately need.  Its perennial promise has always been: “Give us enough time and money, and we’ll find a cure for everything.”  The sad truth is has yet to find a (true) cure for anything.  Not even the common cold!  To wit: since President Nixon declared “war” on cancer in 1971, billions have been spent on research without significant results — unless one considers dying more quickly because of chemo-therapy than without, as “progress.”  Thirdly, it is dangerous in that it discourages personal responsibility; the only appropriate and sure avenue to better health.

Why are so many so often sick?

In a word — “lifestyle.”  Specifically, the way we live will determine our health.  The body needs only a few, well-established basics, consistently, to remain healthy: fresh air, pure water, adequate sunlight, nutritious food, sufficient exercise and a tranquil mind.  To the degree we supply ourselves with these, will be the measure of our health.  It’s really that simple!  Though germs, bugs, viruses and bacteria are real, they are NOT our problem: we are!  We delegate our health responsibility to those whose income derives from sickness and disease, then live in flagrant disregard of the basics absolutely required to maintain health.  Forgive me for saying this, but that approach only makes health practitioners richer while we get weaker, fatter and less vital, before dying prematurely — generally sick, over-medicated and diseased.  We truly need to change.

Air, water, sun, food, exercise and tranquility

They’re the keys to robust good health.  Health cannot be found in pills, potions, poisons, injections, radiation or the cut-slash-and-burn methods that mutilate and impoverish so many in our society.  Nor can health be gained through food supplements or the latest diet.  We need to first STOP putting substances into our body that are toxic (poisoning ourselves!) and unhealthful foods.  We also need to better oxygenate our body, drink only distilled or RO water, eat only live nutritionally dense foods, get daily sunshine on as much of our body as possible, exercise at least 30 minutes daily and change whatever is necessary to reduce the stress level and restore a positive and peaceful mind.

Tens of thousands with severely degraded health are now restored to robust good health by following these Creator-mandated principles.  Begin taking responsibility for your health today.  Learn what not to eat and what foods are healthful.  Start consuming only live, nutrient-dense foods to build healthy cells and repair damage done by years of dietary abuse.  Your body know how to heal itself — and it will!
