Hubble Humbles

I rejoiced at yesterday’s announcement that N.A.S.A. might, schedule another Shuttle maintenance trip to extend the “life” of the Hubble space telescope; a reversal of its three year position.  Of all the agency’s spectacular achievements, this particular instrument ranks with the greatest.

Beyond Hubble’s prolific scientific fruitfulness are its awe-inspiring photos.  They’ve expanded mankind’s perception of  creation’s wonder, and for some ... the power of its Creator.  Perhaps God has facilitated this achievement for the very purpose of further revealing Himself and humbling us.
