Trumpets of War

Two thousand years ago, Jesus Christ forewarned the Church: “Many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many ... ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass” (Mt 24:11,6).  Such times are here, but since Jesus goes before us, we need not worry.  However, complacency isn’t appropriate either, for what is upon us will try men's souls.  These days call for faith, wisdom, prudence, diligence and a close walk with God.

Although sporadic war bugles are not uncommon, they have now become a blaring concert conducted by power-hungry imperialists, Messianics and depraved from Europe, the Mid-east, Far-east and the U.S..  Nary a niche of the planet isn’t trembling with the prospect of social, political, economic and/or military upheaval. Warfare, that hideous and dreaded beast which millions fearfully know too well, has slipped its bonds and now prowls about, sizing up its apocalyptic and final meal.

Footprints are everywhere

Orchestrated from an evil dimension, key operatives (the UN, EU, Vatican, Islam, etc.) conspire and cavort on the global stage as grand plans leap to life before eyes of jaded “gimmie” generations — too glazed by TV, laptops, cells, palms, porn, pleasure and propaganda ... to perceive today’s signs.  Tyrants tumbling from thrones, make way for the closing cast of blood-lust players.  Treaties, alliances, honor, trust and rule of law ... swirl in the wake of demonic stooges who blame all on Jews and Christians; on God’s own.

THIS is the world of 2011

It’s also the progressive, double-speak realm of Orwell’s classic, “1984,” where war is a kinetic action, hate is love and Big Brother rules in contempt of all that’s good, godly and lawful.  Sad and sorry is the state of souls sopping swill from Soros and alphabet sources: ABC, CBS, CNN, MSN, NBC (encouragingly, many consumers no longer buy propaganda peddled as “news”).  Yet, even the keenest of intel sleuths cannot see all the evil-conniving conducted in the dark, as roach-like deceivers crawl about their shadowy tasks; unwitting pawns in a prophetic end-game.

Economic and ideological behemoths take up assigned posts as the EU distills into ten prophesied power blocks.  Germany extends its military influence, plus a monetary hold on Europe and the world, while pre-savoring a choice plum: the NY Stock Exchange (NYSE).  China is rapidly maneuvering to secure crucial sea-gates, commodities and to project its power, militarily, as Russia firms its natural gas grip on both sides of Europe while fueling the Mid-east with weapons of war.  Iran (Persia) quietly gloats.

America. Through a Pavlovian press, political fiddlers serenade the gullible and uninformed; Muzak piped into a gas chamber.  Hydra-headed evil lurks in polita-speak by enemies sworn to guard the nation, yet who slyly shred its godly Constitution.  Latent terror cells which walked in through porous borders, stand-by for their part in a tottering nation’s pending collapse.

Mid-east.  Inflation gobbles meager wages as untold thousands of disaffected, deceived and downtrodden, demonstrate dissatisfaction.  Meanwhile, the "King of the South" (Dan 11) cobbles a coalition of hapless haters of all that’s godly ... preparing for the epitome of military showdowns in world history.  War is racing toward us from the horizon.  It’s coming!

Israel.  Rocket-rattling encircles the world’s "navel,” as her prime protector throws in with would-be executioners; slamming her whip-lashed back against a wall of forced appeasement. Shades of the Nazis’ 1938 ‘Slovakian playbook, as history tragically repeats.  Persian proxies in Egypt, Lebanon, Gaza and Syria salivate at the (real) prospect of pummeling God's elect in celebration of 9/11’s tenth.  Frenzied war hoots amplify as Palestine preps to ordain itself a state ... just begging for war.  Trumpets are blaring!

Yet, God’s people can rejoice that these same blasts herald the Lord’s soon return when He will save Israel, vanquish evil and establish a “heaven on earth” ... Jesus’ literal, 1000-year, earthly reign of righteousness. Let us be exceedingly glad ... as we get about our assignments.
